Does BillSetu Work Offline?

Yes. On your computer, BillSetu runs completely offline with no internet needed. Billing from a phone requires an internet connection because it works through your Google Drive.

Where Is My Data Stored?

Your data lives on your computer in your Documents folder, and in your own Google Drive if you turn on sync. We run no customer database and your books are never on our servers.

What Can BillSetu Access?

With Google sign-in turned on, BillSetu accesses only one hidden BillSetu folder inside your Google Drive. It cannot see your other files, photos, or emails. In Offline mode, it does not connect to Google at all. Read Google API data policy

Do You Track Our Sales or Customers?

No. The software has no analytics, no telemetry, and no ad tracking. Your sales, items, and customer records stay with you and never reach our servers.

What Does Lifetime Updates Mean?

The Rs 2,999 one-time licence never expires. You get every future update, new feature, and statutory GST format change with nothing more to pay.

What Is the Annual Plan?

The annual plan costs Rs 999 for 365 days. When it ends, the app turns read-only so you can still open, print, and export all past bills. Nothing renews automatically.

What GST Features Are Included?

Is There a Refund Policy? How Can I Get Support?
