Optional sync with Google Drive
Signing in with Google is optional, and the app works completely offline. If you turn it on, BillSetu only saves a copy of your books inside one hidden folder in your own Google Drive so your phone can open the same data. It cannot read your personal files, photos, or emails.

Common questions
Do I have to pay every year?
No. The Rs 2,999 payment is one time. The software keeps working forever on your machine even if you do not take the optional AMC.
Where is my shop data saved?
Your data is stored in your computer Documents/BillSetu folder, with backups in Documents/BillSetu Backups. We never receive your data.
Can I use BillSetu without internet?
Yes. BillSetu is built to work fully offline. Internet is only used if you choose to sync using your own Google Drive or check for updates.
Can I delete a finalised invoice?
No. To keep your GST invoice numbers gap-free, finalised invoices are marked as cancelled rather than deleted.
What if GST rules or formats change?
GST tax rate and invoice format updates are provided free of charge to all users.
