Your records never pass through our servers because we do not run one. The software never sends data to tax departments. You export your return files and upload them yourself on the portal.
Bill From Your Android Phone
The Android app works independently so you can bill customers even when your shop computer is shut down. It links to your books through Google sign-in.
The app arrives on the Google Play Store in October 2026. Until then, install the APK directly from this site.
How to Install the APK
- Download the APKTap download on your phone. Chrome may say the file can be harmful. Choose to keep or download anyway.
- Open the FileTap the downloaded file. Android will show a prompt saying this source is not allowed to install apps.
- Allow InstallationTap Settings on that prompt and switch on Allow from this source for your browser or file manager.
- Complete InstallReturn to the installer screen and tap Install to finish setting up BillSetu on your phone.
This warning appears for any app downloaded outside the Play Store. It checks whether you trust the source.

Common Questions
What Happens When My Yearly Licence Ends?
Your software becomes read-only. You can still open, search, print, and export every past invoice. Only creating new bills stops until you renew.
Can I Bill From My Phone if My Shop PC Is Off?
Yes. If you turn on Google sync, your phone talks directly to the hidden folder in your own Google Drive. It does not need your shop computer running.
Can Saransh Designs See My Customer List or Bills?
No. We run no customer database and no storage server. Your files stay on your machine or inside your personal Google Drive.
Does BillSetu Automatically File My GST Returns?
No. The software compiles your invoices and creates the standard JSON file. You log in to the government GST portal and upload the file yourself.
Can I Use BillSetu on an Apple Mac or an iPhone?
Not right now. A Mac version is planned for the future, and iPhone does not support Google sign-in yet. Currently, use Windows or Android.
How Much Does Technical Support Cost?
Support is included at no extra cost in the Rs 999 yearly plan. For the Rs 2,999 one-time plan, support is available at about Rs 300 per incident.
